Two cuboidal blocks overlay each other on the plot, where the upper floors act as crown to the solid base of glass and ACP. The Upper floors fenestrations are covered with vertical louvers followed by green openings on the surface and pergola continuing the sense of exclusiveness to the building.The bold horizontal bands of ACP on the contemporary crown of this building becomes a prominent element of the design statement.2
